- # Room AttendantApply: The Cooper: Full time: Posted 2 Days Ago: R-103282The primary role of the Room Attendant is to maintain pristine, elegant guest accommodations by executing meticulous cleaning, luxury bed-making, and high-end amenity replenishment according to five-star standards. This role delivers exceptional guest service through discreet, professional interactions, proactive attention to detail, and prompt reporting of maintenance or safety needs to ensure an immaculate and welcoming enviro**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Respond to all guest inquiries promptly.* Service an assigned number of guest rooms in the time allotted.* Follow all room cleaning procedures.* Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked supply cart.* Check all equipment before and after use to ensure good working conditions.* Remove In-Room Dining tables and trays from guest rooms.* Follow all safety procedures when using chemicals.* Dispose of all trash properly.* Handle all dirty linen.* Maintain confidentiality and security of all guests and general hotel information.**REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:*** Previous experience in housekeeping, ideally in a luxury or boutique hotel environment.* Strong attention to detail, time management, and cleanliness standards.* Friendly, respectful, and professional demeanor with strong work ethic.* Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings.* Basic English communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:**The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a colleague to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:* Must be able to lift equipment, supplies, etc. of at least 30 pounds.* Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure.* The role may require extended periods of time on your feet, especially during peak hotel hours or events.* Clear vision is important for reading reports, analyzing data, and overseeing Concierge activities.* Good hearing is necessary for effective communication with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.*Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.*
