Guide teams in delivery planning, including definition of scope and success, timeframes/milestones, risks, RACI, dependencies, and alignment with company objectives Execute projects with a bias towards incremental / iterative delivery of value and adaptation based on regular stakeholder feedback and assessment of external conditions Manage expectations and keep communication flowing for stakeholders Tracking and reporting on project velocity, progress, and outcomes Build a trusting and safe environment within teams where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving Measure team performance and team health using appropriate tools and techniques and use information to support ongoing process improvements, team member engagement, and sustainable pace Requirements Strong communication skills and experience interacting with individuals across departments at all levels, and varying backgrounds and nationalities Experience with the Agile framework and balancing between iterative engineering development and senior leadership’s need for clear timelines and milestones Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, listening & observing, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, team building, problem-solving, coaching, empowerment, and increasing transparency. Experience managing programs across an enterprise related projects Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Agile project management, focusing on iterative delivery and stakeholder engagement.
