Dental Patient Service Representative

Make a meaningful difference as a Dental Patient Service Representative with Chapa-De welcoming patients and connecting them to compassionate care in a supportive community health team.

Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday. We are currently hiring for two shift options:

Opening Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Closing Shift: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Hourly Pay: $25.00 - $26.00

Candidates will have the opportunity to indicate their preferred shift during the recruitment process.

What Youll Do:

Welcome and check in dental patients complete registration verify required information and collect payments accurately.

. Coordinate closely with front- and back-office dental teams to ensure patients are ready to be seen and maintain a smooth patient flow.

. Manage a fast-paced front desk environment supporting a shared workload of up to approximately 15 patients per hour.

. Provide respectful patient-centered service to individuals from diverse backgrounds while remaining adaptable to changing needs.

. Contribute as a positive organized and coachable team member stepping in to support front-desk operations wherever needed.

What Youll Bring:

High School diploma or GED certification.

. Effective communication skills and ability to work effectively with providers and Dental staff in stressful situations.

. Experience with multi-line phones computer-based applications and medical and/or dental eligibility preferred.
