LTC/SNF LPN

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality care to residents while ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Shift Details

Shift Type: Nights
Shift Length: 12 hours
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Schedule: No weekends and every other holiday

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an LPN
Current BLS Certification

Responsibilities

The LPN will be responsible for the following:

Providing direct patient care and support to residents
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitoring patients' vital signs and overall health
Assisting with daily living activities and personal care
Communicating effectively with team members and families
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
