Customer Service Associate II

Role Your positive, friendly disposition and eagerness to get things done make you the right person for our Customer Service Associate II position. Responsibilities Assist with the daily operations of the assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers. Fully cross‑trained to support the cash register and able to switch to front‑end duties as needed. Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards. Merchandise and restock as required. Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable. Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders. Manage sales transactions while working the assigned cash register. Maintain security of cash and protect company assets. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills and Experience High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred. Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required. Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required. Strong organizational, communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills are required.
