Overview
Registered Nurse - Med Surg Tele in Clarkston, WA, starting 07/06/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Earn $1,859 to $2,045 per week with 36 guaranteed hours on the Night shift in a long-term care facility setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents with medical-surgical needs, including telemetry and telemonitoring when applicable
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies; monitor responses and manage adverse effects
- Conduct focused assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, document care accurately, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor vital signs, IV therapies, wound care, and respiratory status; respond promptly to changes in patient condition and when emergencies arise
- Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, therapists, and families to coordinate timely care, discharge planning, and education
- Maintain safety, infection control, and quality-of-care standards in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Washington or active multi-state license
- American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or educational equivalent
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC)
- Ability to float to other units as needed
