About the Role:

As a RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Weekend at Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our Baylor unit, which provides skilled nursing care to our patients. You will be responsible for supervising a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nurse aides, ensuring that they are providing the highest level of care to our residents. You will also be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing medical records, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Weekend Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care

• Coordinate patient care, including developing and implementing individualized care plans

• Manage medical records, ensuring accuracy and completeness

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes

• Provide mentorship and training to new staff members

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including those of the Pennsylvania Department of Health and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services
