This interdisciplinary team of trailblazers will build our adolescent and adult programs from the ground up alongside the leadership of well-established clinicians and doctors working in PHP/IOP behavioral health care for the past decade.As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Child and Adolescent or Adult Psychiatrist who is passionate about addressing the current nationwide behavioral health crisis, while leading interdisciplinary treatment teams within an organization that is redefining the standard of comprehensive PHP/IOP care. With access to the largest psychiatric medical group in the Midwest and a reputation for proven results, our doctors thrive in a culture that is deeply committed to clinical quality.What You'll DoProviding daily care to children, adolescents and adults enrolled in PHP and IOPConduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning consistent with current evidence-based practice.Leading experienced, multi-disciplinary clinical teams and making overall recommendations on treatment plansAdhere to documentation policies and protocols documenting all patient contacts in clinical record.Participate in Utilization Review, Quality Assurance and professional development activitiesMeet or exceed established RVU, encounter and treatment-day benchmarksWho You AreBE or BC in VirginiaAbility to obtain and/or maintain Virginia license and DEA certificationLicensed or ability to obtain licensure within states Compass provides servicesSkilled in psychopharmacology and the evaluation and treatment of mental illness.Experience with CBT, DBT, and ACT therapy modalities.Excellent communication and executive functioning skills.We know job descriptions can be intimidating, so if this sounds like an opportunity for you, please don't hesitate to apply!Who We AreCompass Health Center is a recognized leader in crisis-level mental health, bringing passion, connection, and patient-centered care to the Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient space (PHP/IOP).
