MRI Technologist

Schedule

This is a Night 3x12-Hour contract position. The schedule is from Wednesday to Friday, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated MRI Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Trauma Level 1 facility and will be responsible for performing MRI procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures on patients of all ages.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during imaging procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assist in patient diagnoses.
• Adhere to safety protocols and standards in all aspects of imaging.
• Assist with patient positioning, operation of MRI equipment, and image quality assessment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT MR certification required.
• State License and BLS certification required.
• At least 1 year of experience with EPIC charting system.
• Trauma Level I experience required.
• Must possess skills in various MRI techniques such as MRA, MRCP, and cardiac imaging.
