Job Description Our HVAC commercial service technician is responsible for performing repairs and maintenance to a variety of equipment including refrigeration, air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, compressors, light commercial furnaces, boilers, burners, intake and exhaust fans, economizers, and humidifiers. Diagnose, and repair commercial heating and air conditioning equipment. Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction. Ensure jobs are properly staged; sign off on the job quality checklist. Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure the overall success of the business. Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably. Maintain a clean, organized job site and well‑inventoried truck. Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training. HVAC Commercial Service Technician Desired Skills and Experience 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience. Develop a proven track record in heating and cooling systems including the ability to draw simple diagrams and read blueprints as well as other diagrams. Clean, safe driving record. Highly organized with exceptional follow‑through abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
