Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and create bespoke treatment plans aimed at helping them reach their functional objectives

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care

Guide Patients and Families: Empower patients and their families through education on therapy methods to promote continuing progress at home

Track and Adapt Treatment: Monitor clinical progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Encouragement for ongoing education or additional certifications

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required

NBCOT certification is mandatory
