About Clever Closings Clever Closings is the title and escrow arm of Clever Real Estate. We close residential transactions across multiple states for home buyers, sellers, loan officers, and agents – handling title search and examination, title insurance, escrow, settlement, and disbursement under tight regulatory and underwriter requirements. Our work has to be fast, accurate, and audit‑ready every single time. Role Overview We’re seeking a detail‑oriented, highly organized Post‑Closing Specialist to join our growing team. This role will report to the Senior Director of Operations. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and timely handling of closing documentation after a transaction is completed. This position involves working with both internal team members and external partners to finalize file processing, submit recording documents, and issue final title policies. Key Responsibilities We expect all team members to leverage AI tools as a natural part of their daily workflow – using them to handle routine tasks efficiently so you can spend more of your energy on the work that actually matters: collaborating, problem‑solving, and driving strategy.
