Hospice RN - PRN & Weekend On-Call (Home Care)
Absolute Health Care
A family-owned hospice agency is seeking an RN Hospice to provide compassionate patient care in their homes. This role requires establishing relationships with patients, ongoing clinical management, and patient education. Candidates should have an Associate's degree in Nursing, a valid Ohio RN license, and a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or home health.
