We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Senior Warehouse Associate who takes pride in maintaining an organized warehouse, ensuring inventory integrity, and driving operational efficiency. What You'll Do Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy investigations. Maintain inventory accuracy and support continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure proper stock rotation and FIFO practices. Receive, stock, move, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse. Load and unload shipments and support shipping activities. Maintain a clean, organized, inspection-ready warehouse environment. Conduct routine equipment inspections, including forklifts. Assist with warehouse projects, inventory adjustments, and operational support as needed. What We're Looking For 2+ years of warehouse and inventory control experience. Experience with cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, receiving, and shipping. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. ERP or inventory management system experience. Ability to operate or become certified on a forklift. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work actively throughout the warehouse. Self-motivated professional who can prioritize work, adapt quickly, and operate independently. Preferred Qualifications Experience in regulated environments such as ISO 9001, GMP, or medical device manufacturing (ISO 13485 preferred). Knowledge of lot-controlled inventory and FIFO processes. Experience with inventory accuracy programs and warehouse continuous improvement initiatives. Why Join Us?
