The position involves handling multiple tasks, updating schedules as needed, and ensuring all details remain accurate and on track. It supports a variety of coordination and planning functions across different services, requiring strong attention to detail, organization, and communication.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask and manage time effectively, comfort working independently in a remote environment, basic computer skills, access to a reliable phone, computer, and internet connection, and previous experience in customer service, administrative support, scheduling, or planning is a plus but not required.
