Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor oversees the Door Loop production line, ensuring employees are trained and safety, quality, and production standards are met.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Door Loop production line and direct production employees.
Ensure products meet quality, customer, and color specifications.
Train employees on proper processes, quality standards, and safe work practices.
Monitor workflow and production targets while collaborating with other departments.
Work hands-on and fill in on the line for employee absences as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

Previous production supervisory or management experience is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and employee training skills.
Strong attention to safety, quality, productivity, and detail.
Ability to solve problems and work effectively as part of a team.

Benefits/Compensation

Full Time
Pay Rate is $25+ per hour, based on experience
1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Will turn into a weekend, 3rd shift position
Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts
Temp-To-Hire
Benefits after Probation period
