Stand-Up Forklift Operator / Shipping & Receiving

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Shifts: 6am-2:30pm
9am-5:30pm

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to support our Shipping and Receiving operations. This role is responsible for safely operating stand-up forklifts, handling inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate stand-up forklift (reach, cherry picker, or stand-up sit-down) safely and efficiently
Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
Pick, stage, and transport products to designated locations
Verify shipments for accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders
Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and palletizing
Perform basic inventory tracking and data entry as needed
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months-1 year of stand-up forklift experience
Valid forklift certification (preferred or company-provided)
Experience with shipping and receiving operations
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic math and reading skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable with good attendance and punctuality

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday
Overtime may be available depending on business needs
