The successful candidate will utilize telehealth technologies to provide therapy services, ensuring convenient access for our clients from the comfort of their homes. The role is full-time, offering competitive compensation in the range of USD 100,000 to $105,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family therapy, utilizing telehealth platforms to reach a broad client base. \n
- Assess new clients’ histories and needs to develop appropriate, individualized treatment plans in consultation with patients and other health professionals. \n
- Engage in collaborative case reviews and treatment planning during interdisciplinary team meetings, ensuring a coordinated approach to client care. \n
- Document clinical assessments and therapy progress on approved digital platforms, adhering to organizational standards for record-keeping. \n
- Evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback. \n
- Contribute to developing clinic-wide therapeutic programs by collaborating with the Clinical Director and participating actively in team meetings. \n
- Participate as a member of the credentialing committee to uphold standards of clinical excellence. \n
- Perform additional tasks as assigned that align with the mission and goals of Inspire Counseling Center. \n
Our client base encompasses a diverse range of individuals, including children, adolescents, and families facing various challenges, including but not limited to developmental differences, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. Counselors are expected to employ a variety of empirically supportive treatment approaches to connect with clients effectively and deliver meaningful therapy outcomes.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or a related field, with active licensure as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington State. \n
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with children and families, particularly those facing developmental differences. \n
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and solution-focused therapy. \n
- A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement in clinical practice. \n
- A collaborative mindset and openness to learning from interdisciplinary team members. \n

- Experience working within a community health setting, ideally in a remote capacity. \n
- Familiarity with teletherapy practices and digital mental health tools. \n
- Strong skills in client assessment and treatment planning, with a focus on building rapport and motivating clients. \n

- Annual salary between USD 100,000 and 105,000, commensurate with experience. \n
