Data Analyst - Advancement

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $65,000 to $75,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and oversee the accuracy and organization of data within internal databases while ensuring confidentiality standards are met.
• Gather and analyze information from multiple sources to support reporting and business decision making.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support operational and engagement initiatives.
• Track key performance metrics and identify trends or inconsistencies that may impact data quality.
• Support special projects by conducting research, preparing analysis, and presenting findings to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data analytics, or a related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience working with database systems and data management tools.
• Strong prior experience working at non profit organizations or educational institutions within fundraising / advancement teams, and utilizing donor-related data platforms.
• Proficiency in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical audiences.
• Previous experience with database tools, reporting systems, and basic data query languages.
• Flexible and adaptable work style with strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
