Residential Service Technician

Job Description Job Description We are seeking skilled Plumbers, Electricians, Drywall and General Maintenance workers to join our
team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various maintenance tasks and possess a strong work
ethic, and possess most tools needed to complete job, and have their own transportation.

Responsibilities:

*** According to your specialty: perform general maintenance tasks, carpentry, plumbing, electrical,
drywall, and other service repairs as needed.
*Maintaining communication with office staff is a MUST!
- Install and repair various structures and fixtures
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively
- Plumbing tasks and repairs
- Handle maintenance duties for buildings and equipment
- Assist in building projects as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas

Skills:

Operate power and specialty tools as needed
Strong knowledge of maintenance tasks
Experience in home maintenance / service work orders
Maintain personal skills with customers
Ability to diagnose common problems with residential homes
