Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.

• Monitor residents' health and document changes accurately.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies.

• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Help create a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN or LPN license in good standing.

• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.

• A compassionate heart and commitment to providing excellent resident care.
