Fine Dining Server (Signing Bonus Eligible)

Woodfield Boca Raton is currently seeking talented individuals to work in our exciting and busy exclusive dining operations, for both full-time and part-time opportunities. We currently have opportunities available for: Fine Dining Restaurant Servers (Hourly wage + Gratuity-eligible)

*** Signing bonuses are available for newly-hired associates for the fine dining positions that apply and begin employment between August 15, 2026 - October 31, 2026!***

Typical shift hours: 3:30pm-10:30pm (Tuesday through Saturday)
Part-time & full-time hours available

Our ideal restaurant candidates will be energetic and committed to providing outstanding service every day. Our operations are fast paced and member focused. We are dedicated to hiring outstanding individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Woodfield has five restaurant venues, each with a varied and unique dining experience to suit our members. From casual poolside bites to elaborate buffets and elegant dinners, our menus and service will exceed your expectations. REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Exceptional service orientation and presentation
Excellent communication skills
1-2 years previous experience in a upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club environment preferred
Knowledge of ENCORE, preferred
