We need a BCBA for our Trenton/Southgate location with one day as a hybrid day per week. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, in clinic. No nights, no weekends, no evenings, no on‑call duties. Paid Time Off. You Focus on Clinical Work - We Handle the Admin Work BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or handle insurance. BCBAs have a MAX caseload of 12 full‑time clients (or max of 32 billable hours per week). Practicum students and interns assist with your caseload. You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training. Supported, Not Micromanaged Owners are not involved in clinical decisions. You will be supported by our clinic’s experienced Clinical Director. SOS Franchising provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training. SOS has an LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. SOS gives BTs access to the 40‑hour cert videos on their first day of work. All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week. To ensure the highest standards of care, our corporate office conducts a positive, supportive Quality and Compliance Audit every six months, providing each clinic with valuable feedback, resources, and guidance to help us continually grow and serve our families even better.
