Pay & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $33.00 – $40.00 per hour, based on experience
- Additional Compensation: Mileage reimbursement

What You'll Do
- Conduct patient assessments in their homes
- Provide education on respiratory therapy equipment
- Adjust ventilator and respiratory device settings
- Monitor and troubleshoot advanced respiratory devices
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize treatment
- Support patients and families via phone consultations
What You Need
- Valid RT or RN licensure in Texas
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to travel within service areas
- Over 1 year of clinical experience
- Home healthcare background
- Respiratory therapy or nursing degree
- Ability to travel between service locations
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties
