Audio Visual Project Manager (CWNY1906) New York, New York Salary: USD110000 - USD140000 per annum + Bonus + Healthcare + 401(k) Residential AV Project Manager New York, NY $110,000 to $140,000 + Bonus + Benefits We're partnering with a leading luxury residential technology integrator in New York that is looking to hire an experienced Residential AV Project Manager. With a strong pipeline of high end residential projects across New York City and the surrounding Tri State area, this is an opportunity to manage bespoke smart home installations for luxury residences, working with some of the industry's leading technologies including Crestron, Control4, Savant, Lutron, Sonos and Ubiquiti. You’ll take ownership of projects from initial handover through to completion, coordinating engineering teams, programmers, subcontractors and clients to ensure every installation is delivered to the highest standard. The Role Manage luxury residential AV and smart home projects from design through completion Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources and client expectations Coordinate installation technicians, programmers, designers and subcontractors Deliver high end residential systems including home automation, lighting control, networking, home cinema and distributed audio Manage client communication throughout the project lifecycle Review technical drawings, proposals, scopes of work and project documentation Coordinate equipment ordering, delivery schedules and installation requirements Monitor project quality and ensure systems are delivered on time and within budget Conduct site meetings, progress reviews and project handovers Resolve technical and logistical challenges throughout the project What You’ll Need 3+ years’ experience managing residential AV or smart home projects Background working for a residential AV integrator or technology company Strong understanding of AV and automation systems including Crestron, Control4, Savant and Lutron Experience managing multiple high value projects simultaneously Knowledge of residential networking, audio, video distribution and lighting control Strong organisation and project management skills Ability to manage engineers, subcontractors and vendors effectively Experience working on luxury residential projects PMP, CTS or similar project management certification Technical background in AV installation or programming Experience with CEDIA standards and best practices What’s on Offer $110,000 to $140,000 base salary Performance bonus Medical, Dental and Vision insurance 401(k) with company contribution Paid holidays and PTO Manufacturer training and professional development Opportunity to manage prestigious smart home projects across New York Long term progression into Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager or leadership roles #J-18808-Ljbffr
