Respiratory Therapist (RT)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work in various units including ICU, MedSurg, NICU, and ER, supporting our commitment to high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide respiratory care to patients of all ages, from neonates to adults
Respond to medical emergencies and code situations as needed
Utilize advanced respiratory equipment such as PB980, EV300, and Airvo
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant clinical setting
Educational background: Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy
Valid Washington state license at the time of application
Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, NRP, and BLS

Work Schedule

Shift: Nights (6:30 PM - 6:00 AM)
Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
Weekend and holiday shifts are required

Experience in ICU and NICU settings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Dress Code

Scrub color: Any color scrubs
Professional attire: Must be in scrubs while on duty
