As a Senior Strategic Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the management of critical FMS cases in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where your insights and recommendations will directly influence strategic national security and industrial base priorities. Seamlessly integrating security cooperation implementation and organizational policy, this headquarters-based role requires high-level analytical skills, a deep understanding of security assistance processes, and the ability to perform under tight deadlines. You will collaborate with senior leadership and coordinate across multiple stakeholders to deliver critical strategic guidance and influence key decisions at the highest levels of leadership. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and manage the lifecycle of high-priority FMS cases, supporting Army readiness, global partner relations, and U.S. technology objectives. By providing compelling analysis and actionable recommendations, you will inform executive decision-making, helping to establish priorities for the transfer of military equipment and other resources on a global scale. You will also lead efforts to synchronize data, draft and deliver actionable orders, and coordinate with interagency stakeholders to ensure end-to-end execution of FMS operations. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
