Position Overview

As a Marketing & Promotions Assistant, you will represent national and regional brands at live events, promotional activations, retail campaigns, and community outreach initiatives.

You will support marketing campaigns, assist with product launches, and help deliver engaging brand experiences that increase customer engagement, participation, and brand awareness.

This is a high-energy, people-focused role ideal for individuals who enjoy public interaction, teamwork, and dynamic event environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with executing marketing campaigns, brand activations, and live promotional events
• Engage directly with customers to communicate brand messaging and increase awareness
• Represent client brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and positive energy
• Support event setup, logistics, on-site coordination, and breakdown
• Collect customer feedback and assist with tracking campaign performance metrics
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to achieve campaign goals
• Maintain a professional and positive presence while representing partner brands
• Help create memorable customer experiences through face-to-face engagement

Qualifications

• Interest in marketing, promotions, brand management, or event marketing
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with the public
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, reliable, coachable, and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, or communications is a plus (not required)
