Mid-Level UAM Engineer

Job Title: Mid-Level UAM Engineer
Location: Lorton, Virginia
Type: Contract
Compensation: $77.56 Per Hour
Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 40.0 hours per week
Security Clearance: TS/SCI

Responsibilities

• Support the User Activity Monitor Software solution, executing all updates, changes, deployments, and other sustainment activities.
• Support UAM maintenance activities to ensure proper functionality and deployment throughout the enterprise.
• Ensure all coverage gaps are resolved.
• Help the ITP analysts with requests for new configurations, feeds, and other UAM specific updates.
• Support all documentation to effectively capture the configuration baseline.
• Support training as directed by the customer to stakeholders on the usage of the UAM tool and ensure a certification program is in place for personnel development.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree and (4 to 8) years of prior relevant experience or Masters with (6)+ years of prior relevant experience
• Prior leadership responsibilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experienced and adept at developing and maintaining technical documents, analyses, and reports
• Experienced with preparing and presenting briefings to senior customer management, and customer stakeholders
• Experience with EverFox or other similar User Activity Monitoring products and platform
• Ability to obtain DHS EOD SCI
• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in IT Management, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience (8+ years) in IT service delivery management
• Experience with User Activity Monitoring products and platforms
• Experience with Everfox or other similar High Speed Guard Platforms
