Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a dynamic school-based setting supporting young learners aged 2-15, primarily at the elementary level, in an engaging occupational therapy role. You’ll collaborate closely with educators and families to enhance students’ independence and participation, making a meaningful difference in their development. Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist, eligible to work in a school setting
• Experience with pediatric caseloads, especially ages 2-15 preferred
• Strong knowledge of school-based OT assessment tools and intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to plan creative, functional activities for a wide range of student abilities
• Compassion for supporting children with diverse needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students from pre-K through middle school, with a focus on elementary ages
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interventions, progress notes, and reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the team’s education planning
• Offer strategies and training for staff and families to reinforce therapy goals in various settings
