Implement routines and schedules to promote stability. Requirements Previous experience as a nanny or babysitter is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a fun and engaging atmosphere for children. Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for children. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Willingness to undergo background checks as required. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
