According to company procedures and lean methodology, Operate multi axis CNC machines, assemble the components of molds and contribute to all the activities performed in the mold shop. Your Mission CNC Operator, or machinist, works with heavy machinery. Execute all the productionactivities according to the quality policies and standards defined. Perform activities according tothe safety rules and standards defined, highlighting possible improvementsand dangerous or unsafe behaviors. Perform routing and standardactivities as required and follow up and track activities with relevantdocumentation. Develop new skills/multi-skillsthrough training and on-the-job experience and apply them to coverdifferent requirements. Your Profile Good communication for working with others on the job. Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot potential issues. Resourcefulness in learning new manuals and processes Attention to detail with the ability to understand mechanics and technical tasks.
