BDC Sales Agent

What You'll Do As a BDC Agent, your primary responsibility is to generate and schedule appointments for our sales team while providing an exceptional customer experience. Daily Responsibilities:

• Contact internet leads, phone inquiries, and previous customers.
• Schedule appointments for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle.
• Follow up consistently through phone calls, text messages, and emails.
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and reschedule missed appointments.
• Re-engage older leads and inactive customers.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer handoff.
• Follow dealership communication processes and daily activity goals.

• Structured daily workflow and clear expectations.
