How You’ll Shape Our Story As a RunOps Specialist you will manage the preventive and corrective maintenance of our electric vehicle chargers, provide technical support, and leverage the use of our charging spots. Your role will be dynamic, covering a wide range of functions. Field Leadership Team management : Lead a field technician team, ensuring efficiency, safety and skills development. Planning : Organize and optimise intervention schedules to guarantee maximum responsiveness and reliability. KPIs and monitoring : Define and analyse performance indicators for technicians and contractors to steer results. Cross‑functional collaboration : Facilitate communication between local and central teams across Deployment Operations, Partnerships, Product, Data, Hardware, Energy, Central Operations, Service Support and HR. Safety : Ensure team and site safety. Contractor management : Manage relationships with subcontractors to ensure expected service levels. Technical Supervision and Management Maintenance and quality : Implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies and commissioning, collaborating with internal and external providers. Diagnostics and supervision : Monitor charging station performance, diagnose anomalies, and manage resolution remotely or on‑site. Financial (P&L) and Operational Performance of the Network P&L responsibility : Manage the profitability of hubs, maximise ROI, and define actions to increase usage. Analysis and reporting : Track hub KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and create clear action plans. Continuous optimisation : Propose innovative solutions to improve functional performance and user experience. Continuous Improvement and Innovation Proactive resolution : Critically assess recurring issues and propose sustainable solutions. Automation : Identify inefficiencies and implement tools to simplify and accelerate operations. Voice of the customer : Gather user feedback to guide product and service improvements. Process standardisation : Improve protocols and ensure operational excellence across all interventions. The Profile You Need To Have 2+ years of experience in a technical, industrial or operational environment, ideally in field management. Knowledge of electrical equipment, especially diagnostics and troubleshooting. Leadership mindset: ability to motivate, lead and develop a technical team with a collaborative approach. Proactive and self‑driven: autonomous, initiative‑taking and solution‑focussed. Results‑oriented: pragmatic and focussed on solving problems quickly and effectively. Organisational excellence: rigorous, methodical, juggling priorities while keeping goals in sight. Strategic vision: strong business acumen, understanding of profitability levers, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Communication and influence: ability to synthesise complex information and persuade stakeholders.
