The ideal candidate is driven, efficient, and capable of delivering immediate results. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of approximately 75-100 active personal injury litigation files Oversee cases from inception through trial with minimal supervision Draft, review, and argue motions, pleadings, and legal documents Take and defend depositions Attend mediations, hearings, and court proceedings Prepare cases for trial, including case strategy and witness preparation Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients Maintain detailed and organized case records Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active Florida Bar license Extensive experience in personal injury litigation Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload Strong experience with depositions, motions, mediations, and trial preparation Excellent communication and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ideal Candidate Self-starter with minimal need for supervision Capable of handling complex litigation matters independently Ready to contribute and deliver results from day one Location: Florida #J-18808-Ljbffr
