Summary Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced attorney with a background in Social Security Disability to join its growing practice in Phoenix. The Social Security Disability Attorney will handle a heavy case load and must have at least 2 years of social security disability and hearings experience. Responsibilities Guide clients through the case process Attendance and preparation for hearings and court appearances Day-to-day handling of active case load Properly delegating work and responsibilities between a team of case staff Qualifications Law degree from a fully accredited law school An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association Minimum 2+ years of social security disability experience Ability to manage high volume of cases Excellent client service and communication skills Superior writing and oral advocacy skills Note: This description includes standard employer notices and does not include all external forms or fields unrelated to the role.
