Location: Bartlesville OK 74003

Duration: 12+ Months

Pay rate: $22.00/hr - $23.00/hr on W2 without benefits

Shift: 10AM - 8:30PM, Monday - Friday (Saturdays may be required during periods of high activity)

Summary:
The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center. * Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.* Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.* Comply with and respective division TLM standards.* Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.* Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.


Job Duties:

• Disassemble following specific procedures and using appropriate tools
• Thoroughly clean equipment components to remove petroleum product residues, mud deposits and other contaminants
• Inspect disassembled parts to identify damage, wear, and signs of corrosion
• Perform minor repairs if necessary
• Assemble equipment after cleaning and repair, following manufactuer specifications and quailty standards
• Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts and tools used in the disassembly and cleaning process
• Follow strict safety protocols when handling petroleum products and using tools and equipment
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to schedule disassembly and cleaning times to minimize production interruptions

• Mechanical disassembly and assembly skills, including the use of manual and power tools
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety standards
• Inspection skills to identify defects and damage
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
