Job Description Licensed Physical Therapist (Per Diem/Part-time) Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient Ortho We create the opportunity — YOU make the impact. We have clinics with weekday, weekday evening, and weekend shifts available! At Ivy Rehab, PTs have opportunities for mentorship, residency education, specialty programs, leadership, non-clinical roles, and future clinic ownership. With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable caseloads, exceptional patient care, and long‑term career growth. Locations Arlington, Falls Church, Alexandria, Sterling, Fredericksburg Compensation $50 to $60/hr (based on experience, location, schedule, etc.) Benefits for Per Diem/Part-time Teammates (start within 30 days) 401(k) with company match PTO + CEU Funds (must work at least 20 hrs/week to be eligible) Requirements License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program Eagerness to grow & learn Team player Why Ivy?
