Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

Compensation & Equipment:

• Earn 80% of gross; typical weekly gross ranges $7,500–$10,000.
• Lease-to-own program with ownership possible within 1 year.
• Operate 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner units.

Daily duties:

• Safely operate flatbed rigs and perform proper load securement and tarping.
• Conduct pre/post-trip and equipment inspections and report issues.
• Deliver freight on schedule and communicate with dispatch and support.
