Job Summary:
An inpatient physical therapist specializing in rehabilitation is sought for a facility located in Baltimore, Maryland. The position involves providing patient care within a rehabilitation hospital setting, focusing on all levels of spinal cord injury/disorders and neurological conditions. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of the assignment.
Job Details:
- Shift: Days, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Active Maryland (MD) license, BLS certification, 1 year of experience in inpatient rehabilitation, familiarity with electronic medical records system Epic.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Acute Care, Long Term Acute Care (LTAC), or Medical Rehabilitation settings, experience with patient assessments, gait training, wound care, and use of assistive devices including adaptive and specialized equipment.
- Schedule: Days, 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Candidate must be available to work holidays as they fall, as scheduled.
