Responsibilities Assist carpenters by holding and securing lumber used in the build process; ensure lumber is level or plumb during installation Assist with building forms for pouring concrete Prepare work area by transporting needed tools and equipment from storage facility Load and unload building materials to be used on construction projects Build and disassemble scaffolding, bracing, and other temporary structures used on construction sites Remove debris and possible hazards to keep construction sites clean and safe Digs trenches and holes needed in construction projects Keep machines serviced Follow instructions from supervisors, foremen, and carpenters Knowledge of carpentry and construction techniques and procedures On‑job training offered Position is safety‑sensitive Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Ability to perform basic math Ability to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside Physically able to perform assigned tasks Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time #J-18808-Ljbffr PCI Services, LLC
