Supervisor, DSD Warehouse

Job Overview Execute warehouse operations in terms of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policy compliance. Work collaboratively with key internal and external business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions, and execution. Responsibilities include inventory management, interface monitoring, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tender support, third‑party performance management, and pallets management. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze stock inaccuracies and guarantee accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system based on available information among stakeholders. Analyze capacity utilization, performance, and KPI monitoring, and introduce corrective measures when KPIs are missing or capacity over‑utilization is required. Work with service providers to ensure delivery to trading partners in terms of punctuality and completeness, while maintaining quality and HACCP guidelines. Monitor inbound, outbound, co‑packing, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure shelf‑life monitoring and management, reduce write‑offs, and continually look for opportunities to improve productivity. Conduct project‑related and ad hoc tasks, particularly in connection with continuous improvement projects, tenders, and peak management. Build and provide full‑cost analysis (yearly budget), identify risks, and highlight opportunities. Qualifications & Experience Experience with Microsoft applications, especially Excel. Team player and collaborator. Experience in logistics operations, procurement, or supply chain functions is an asset. Strong analytical thinking. Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP R3. Union experience is a plus. Previous people‑management experience. Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Travel Requirements Less than 5% travel. Work Schedule 12 PM to 8:30 PM (until shift end). Salary and Benefits The base salary range for this position is $69,300 to $95,315. Additional compensation may be available through a competitive bonus program based on performance and company results.
