Private Client Advisor

This role is designed for a driven insurance professional who enjoys working with affluent individuals, families, and business owners and is passionate about delivering a high-touch client experience. As a Private Client Advisor, you will develop and maintain trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients, identify complex risk exposures, and deliver customized insurance solutions that help protect what matters most. You'll be supported by Wheeler & Taylor's Producer Success Platform™ , which provides the resources, expertise, and operational support needed to help advisors focus on building relationships, growing their book of business, and delivering exceptional client outcomes. What You'll Do Develop and cultivate relationships with affluent and high-net-worth individuals and families Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, centers of influence, and community involvement Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and recommend tailored insurance solutions Collaborate with internal service, marketing, and carrier partners to deliver a best-in-class client experience Maintain strong relationships with key carrier partners Stay informed on market trends and emerging risks impacting affluent clients Drive growth while maintaining Wheeler & Taylor's high standards of professionalism and client service What We're Looking For Experience in personal insurance, private client, wealth management, banking, financial services, or a related client-facing role Strong relationship-building and business development skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping clients protect their assets and lifestyle Excellent communication and consultative selling abilities Connecticut or Massachusetts insurance licensing preferred (or ability to obtain) Why Wheeler & Taylor?
