Job Details:

• Outpatient practice only – no inpatient or hospitalist coverage required
• Join a highly engaged Primary Care team consisting of 2 MDs and 5 advanced practice practitioners supporting Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics
• Great mentorship available for new and experienced providers
• Terrific opportunity to work with local sports teams
• Leadership and Medical Director opportunity available
• Optometry, Chiropractic, Behavioral Health, and General Surgery services also on site
• Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center within the clinic
• Work schedule of 36 patient contact hours per week
• Clinic patients average 16-18 patients per day
• Additional outreach opportunities available
• BC/BE in Family Medicine required
