Description Team Fishel, the Best Choice in Utility Construction since 1936, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist in planning, executing, and tracking various projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with project managers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to monitor project progress, address challenges, and communicate effectively with all involved parties. Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Scheduling Material: Assist in the development of project timelines, schedules, and resources, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
2. Documentation Management: Maintain accurate project records, including Test Results and Redline Drawings, meeting notes, status reports, and other relevant documentation for project closeout.
3. Budget Support: Help track project budgets and expenses.
4. Reporting: Prepare and deliver project status updates and reports to management.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma
2. Related field experience in Fiber Optic and Cat6 Cable Communications.
3. Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
8. Familiarity with budgeting and cost management is a plus.
9. Experience working in the Cabling Communication sector, e.g., construction, IT
