The Perks

• Excellent pay for every hour worked ($38- $ 52, including tips). Guests are prompted by our technology to leave a 20%+ tip at checkout, resulting in higher, more frequent tips.
• 1 free Mid Squeeze (50-minute massage) a month (Mon-Thur before 4 PM)
• At Squeeze, most add-ons are complimentary. That means no quotas!

Experience Requirements

• Must be available to work at least one weekend shift/day (Saturday or Sunday)
• Licensed/certified in your state
• Expertise in Swedish and Deep Tissue
• Passionate about delivering a personalized massage and adjusting to your guests' needs
• Available to work at least 12 hours a week

Meet Your Manager, Shavana!

As a manager, I'm guided by the Squeeze core values alongside our business goals, and I aim to support my team members in pursuing those goals rather than getting in their way. Clarity is kindness - we should be comfortable asking hard questions and speaking up to avoid small problems becoming big problems. My team would describe me as a servant leader whom they can trust. If I were a dog, I would be a German Shepherd; they're courageous, intelligent, protective, and hard-working. Here are a couple of other fun facts about me: Originally born in Toronto, Ontario, to an immigrant family from the Caribbean, I have resided in San Antonio, Texas, for almost 20 years now. As a Canadian, my favorite thing about San Antonio is the warmer climate, and I enjoy going on nature hikes and spending quality time with loved ones in my free time.
