By providing stable medication management, forensic diversion, and integrated "physical-psych" triage, you ensure that medical crises don't derail psychiatric progress.

• The 4/10 Model: Enjoy a permanent 4-day work week with no call, no weekends, and no after-hours requirements.
• Deliberate Scheduling: 90-minute new evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups. You will see only 12-15 patients per day.
• Field Engagement: Partner with forensic teams for "warm hand-offs" in jails and community settings-meeting patients where they are to build essential rapport.
• Strict Boundaries: Our Medical Director manages crisis calls, ensuring your time off is truly yours.

• Base Salary: $150,000 - $175,000+
