Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Care

Location: Bala Cynwyd, PA

Setting: Hospital

Pay Range: 2356.60 - 2474.43

Schedule: 08:00 - 16:00

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: RN with 2+ years recent and relevant home care experience, OASIS and Epic experience required

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive home care nursing services to patients in the designated area.
• Conduct 25-30 visits per week, including start of care and revisits.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and progress using Epic and OASIS.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to meet patient needs and ensure quality care.
• Comply with all healthcare regulations and maintain high standards of patient safety.
