Overview Brunswick Dairy Farm is a state of the art dairy farm. Milking 700 cows with far off dry's at another location- farming 650 acres chop 900 acres of corn and pump around 10,000,000 million gallons of manure a year. Lots of room to grow in all aspects of the operation. 9324 Conover Road Versailles Ohio 45380 Duties / Responsibilities Maintenance of milking machines & automated milking systems Feed mixers and conveyors Tractors and loaders Manure handling equipment Maintain levels of extra supplies for breakdowns Working with all suppliers via phone and in person example W.G. dairy apple farm service Fixing and maintaining all equipment as needed Ordering parts supplies Any other duties that might be assigned Tractor work with blade and tillage equipment skid loader skill Required Skills / Abilities Highly self‑motivated Confidentiality of information Basic computer skills Good organizational skills and attention to detail Time management skills to prioritize and complete a variety of tasks throughout the day Patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with co‑workers Run all types tractors pumping equipment monitoring Education and Experience 2 years tractor skid loader driving experience, show leadership qualities, minimum 1 year agriculture or maintenance background. Physical Requirements Flexible ability to fit in places to fix things. Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds at a time. Ability to operate all equipment as part of regular job duties.
