Pharmacy Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Role 1:Pharmacy Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Location: USA (Remote)
Travel: Occasional client-site visits as needed

We are seeking a Pharmacy SME with strong expertise in pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation initiatives to support healthcare and pharmacy-related programs.

✅ B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or Pharm.D
✅ Registered Pharmacist
✅ 5+ years of experience in hospital, retail, pharma, or health-tech environments
✅ Strong knowledge of prescription validation, drug interactions, dispensing, and inventory management
✅ Experience with Pharmacy Management Systems, HIS, ERP, or ePharmacy platforms
✅ Knowledge of pharmacy regulations, GMP, GDP, audits, and compliance
✅ Experience supporting digital health initiatives, e-prescriptions, and pharmacy system implementations
✅ Strong stakeholder management, training, and process improvement skills

  Preferred:
• Clinical Pharmacy or Pharmacovigilance Certifications
• Healthcare IT / Digital Transformation Experience
• NABH, JCI, or Accreditation Exposure
• eCommerce Pharmacy Platform Experience
